Ordering direct from Rare Waves (PayPal required)

We’ve been doing business with our customers directly by email since 2008. Your privacy is important; we don’t send junk email, and we never give our customers’ contact information to marketers.

To place an order, send us an email that includes your shipping address, your PayPal account email, and which items you would like to purchase.  We’ll send you a PayPal invoice. Shipping rates vary by location. Texas residents will have 8.25% sales tax added. We’re happy to answer any other questions. Here’s our email:

Most items ship in 1-3 business days after payment of your PayPal invoice. We ship by UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority mail. Our warehouse is located in central Texas.

Terms of Sale

globe-bw-small Note to international customers: We ship to Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, and many other international locations. You are responsible for any VAT or import taxes added by your local authority. Please contact your local customs office for details. Sorry, we cannot under-value the invoice or mark it ‘gift’. It is normal for packages to be delayed in customs for several days, a week, or more. Online tracking may not be clear about whether the package is in customs or not. For that reason, we will not process USPS insurance claims until 45 days after the shipment date. Please watch the tracking progress of your package.  After it clears customs it will go out for delivery.  If they can’t deliver your package after two tries, it may automatically be returned to us, causing additional delays.  If your package is returned to us because you were not available to receive it, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs to mail it to you again.  Please note, we can’t change the delivery address after the package is in the mail.

USPS First Class mail does not have insurance. USPS Priority Mail may, or may not, allow insurance depending on the country of destination. If you require insurance on your USPS shipment, you must specifically request it, otherwise it will be considered optional at our discretion. While it is very rare for a USPS package to be lost in the mail, we will not be liable for the cost of replacement or refund if your package is not insured.

Avoid mail theft – we suggest using a shipping address that does not require the postal carrier to leave your valuable package unattended in a place that invites theft by prowlers.
